Raslein, Adler, Trissel and Alfaqih Prevail in Hibernation Feast 2022 at US 131 MSP~

Straight line grudge racers from New York, Illinois and Ohio left with the cash from Friday-and-Saturday’s Hibernation Feast 2022 presented by N-E Body Productions at US 131 Motorsports Park, Michigan’s fastest track.  The track’s conditions were excellent, and the racing was too.

Mike Raslein of Round Lake, IL, beat Michigan’s James Miran to win the featured Straightline Nitrous Shootout, a category for which times and speeds were not posted, and, similarly, Jay Trissel of West Unity, OH prevailed in the eight-car Smith Excavating Invitational Shootout.

In the Door Mod Shootout, Ryan Hendrickson of Kauts, IN, used a .032 reaction time to make the final round closer than it should have been but, in the end, the $5,000 went to Pro Mod standout Randy Adler of Tinley Park, IL, and his flying ’57 Chevy.

In the 28 Extreme Shootout, it was Moe Alfaqih of Cheektowaga, NY, who collected the cash in a final round showdown with David Hutnick of Valparaiso, IN.
