Lane Automotive and Edelbrock have teamed together to offer $2000 to win bracket races at US 131 Motorsports Park. These races will be run in conjunction with the Lane Automotive Bracket Series. This is a points series ran all season where track champions are determined.

This news has brought excitement already. “This is a move the fine people at Lane Automotive wanted to see and of course the racers are all for this,” stated US 131 Motorsports Park general manager Jason Peterson. “The goal was to enhance the already highest guaranteed to win bracket series in Michigan without drastically increasing the racer entry fee. Lane Automotive and Edelbrock with US 131 chose to raise the payout with only a $10 increase in the car or motorcycle entry fee,” said Peterson.

These races are open to anyone in the following classes, Top ET, Modified and Street on Saturdays, May 22 and August 21. The payout in the Top ET and Modified classes will be $2000 to win and the street class will see an additional $100 to win.
